Slack is a shared workbench for AI assistants
Slack is the place where work happens, especially with AI assistants. It's the one glue, the interface, that different assistants can access.
It's a great workbench; channels provide just enough structure to provide a single place for everyone to work. Each thread in a channel represents a single piece of work.
With an agent managing Slack, it becomes super easy to move or split context from one channel to another and have the agent manage the memory, or docs, of a channel.
It's a great place for multiplayer as well. Terminals and AI chat apps are single-player. Slack gives you multiplayer without locking you into one assistant.
